This was the week of the enormous Cookbook Challenge Spanish theme potluck lunch, kindly hosted by Agnes! She has really set the bar high with not only hosting the lunch, but also preparing 5 dishes! Thanks again Agnes!

Anthea's Tortilla sounds nice, is it hard to make? have not tries before… I had a mexican tortilla for lunch the other week and was blown away by not only the taste but as too how much effort the chefs had put into it, there was like 7 layers of tortilla…
