Almost everyone had the same idea for ‘blue’ theme week, associating it with blueberries. Ange used blue eye for one of her recipes but blueberries did feature in her second recipe! Some of the other blue theme ideas mentioned on people’s blog were blue grenadier, blue swimmer crabs and blue cheese.

Here is a list of everyone’s recipes in order of posting.
Ange from Vicious AngeOven roasted blue eye with garlic mashed potatoes & pinot noir reduction; Torta di nada (Nada’s cake)
Rizka from ini, ituPoffertjes with blueberry syrup
Sarah from The Sugar JunkieBlueberry pancakes
Leigh from Chit Chat ChompBlueberry clafoutis
Agnes from Off the SporkBlueberry & pistachio muesli slice
Chocolate Tan from Love to cook Love to eatBlueberry oat muffins
Carolyn from Gluten ShmootenBlueberry swirl cheesecake
April from My Food TrailBlueberry almond slice

For those of you who haven’t had a chance to post your recipe yet, please let me know via email or comment here when you do and I will add you to the list!

Week 30 is already over with the theme of “Baked”.

Happy cooking everyone!

Over & Out, April xx

Interesting that everyone did blueberries, I thought there would be more variation but seems they are too popular

Hi Ange: Or maybe people didn't think of other ideas? I myself, only thought of blueberries or blue cheese and it was easier to find a blueberry recipe!
