I’ve been a bad Cookbook Challenge co-ordinator and fallen way behind in the weekly round ups as well as my own Cookbook Challenge posts. I shall be aiming to pump out all the weekly round ups with the links people have been emailing me and then get around to putting up my posts.

Week 22’s theme was “red”. With so many “red” cooking ingredients like raspberries, beetroot, tomatoes, chilli, capsicum and cabbage, I’m sure everyone had an abundance of recipes to select for this week! Everyone did something different!
