Apologies for the late round up. We are actually in the middle of Week 18, but I’m just doing the round up for Week 16 now.
This week’s theme was noodles. Noodle recipes tend to have a long ingredient list, but actually are quite easy and quick to put together as most of us found. There was a wide variety of noodles preparation methods as well as types of noodles used. Special mention should go to Bri for making her own rice noodles from scratch, ala Poh!
