This week’s Cookbook Challenge theme was Japanese and it was quite funny to see a lot of us love eating Japanese but don’t actually own a Japanese cookbook! Not to worry, we all got by and made some delicious and healthy recipes. Okonomiyaki was the most popular recipe with Yen, Bri and Sarah all making it this week.
