I’ve decided to do the weekly round ups a bit later in the week so more people have a chance to post their recipes. The original cut off for the post was Sunday evening, but as the weeks go on, I think people have trouble making that deadline. You can always let me know if you catch up after to add your recipes to the weekly round ups.

This week’s theme was “mixed” which gave everyone the freedom to interpret as they pleased. There were a lot of mixed textures and interesting recipes this week as a result. We also saw some unusual combinations like beetroot in chocolate muffins from Ange and zucchini in a lime & pistachio cake from Kate.

Here is a list of everyone’s recipes in order of posting.
