The Cookbook Challenge: Week 7 Soft theme round up

Week 7 was the last challenge for 2009 with the theme of “soft”. Soft seemed to be associated more with sweet things than savoury, with a few people making ice cream/gelato/sorbet/mousse! Souffle was also a popular recipe.
