Apologies for the lateness of this week’s round up. Things have been crazy with so many events on over the Christmas/New Year period and I was without any Internet access for a week. My internet provider and phone provider kept passing the blame to each other!
This week’s theme was Christmas, an appropriate theme for this time of year! I hope everyone had a lovely and safe Christmas and a wonderful New Year. There was a variety of different recipes for this week and not as many Christmas puddings as I expected! Sweet recipes were definitely the majority over savoury this week and I liked how a few people interpreted Christmas as being red & green, rather than a “Christmas” recipe.
