The Cookbook Challenge: Week 4 Beans theme round up

This week’s theme was beans, and there were a wide variety of beans used. Broad beans, green beans, peas, black beans, butter beans, red kidney beans, chickpeas, beansprouts, even vanilla bean, but the most used bean was the cannellini bean. Stephanie Alexander’s cookbooks featured twice – Kitchen Garden Companion and Cook’s Companion and two people made homemade baked beans.

Guess what!! I've managed to catch up! I've posted weeks 3 and 4 finally.
And I'll be making sure I'm getting on the greek bandwagon tonight!
Your bean soup looks amazing! Shame I went with boring old baked beans… but unfortunately, it looks like I'm obsessed!! 🙂
